The Role

We’re looking for a Pricing & Promotions Manager to join our Product team in our Costa Mesa office. In this role, you’ll deliver pricing and promotional strategies that drive growth and margin, while bringing valuable insights to leaders across the business. You’ll partner with product, marketing, sales, finance, and global teams to influence decisions and shape how we go to market.

What You’ll DoPricing
  • Lead pricing processes, analysis, and systems across all product categories.

  • Deliver pricing analytics and insights across portfolios, aligned to strategic and growth objectives.

  • Partner with Product Management to ensure pricing frameworks support product-line goals.

  • Benchmark against competitors, channels, and customers to identify optimal pricing strategies.

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify actionable trends and opportunities.

  • Manage and enforce the UMRP policy, maintaining compliance with U.S. law and accurate documentation.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of price sheets, and respond to pricing inquiries.

  • Provide reporting and insights to measure pricing performance and margin impact.

  • Partner with sales and account managers to refine account strategies and ensure pricing excellence.

  • Support the rollout of new tools, systems, and reporting to enhance U.S. team capability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on value-add projects and with global teams on pricing systems, promotions, and reporting.

Promotions
  • Design, track, and evaluate promotional programs, measuring ROI and effectiveness.

  • Recommend new promotions and test pilots to measure impact.

  • Manage end-user rebates, discounts, and related field communications.

  • Partner with global and legal teams to ensure compliant and effective promotion execution.

  • Share key pricing insights, best practices, and learnings with global teams.

You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, marketing, or a related field.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.

  • Experience with ERP systems and reporting platforms (Power BI preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets, delivering actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting expertise

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), ERP systems like JDE, SQL, or basic programming knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
