The Pricing Manger is responsible for leading a team of sales and contract analysts that enables the field sales and the management team to make informed decisions in support of the organization’s commercial objectives. The team analyzes proposals, builds financial projections, and prepares quotes and contracts. The manager also owns price controls and contract lifecycle management. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing pricing models, monitoring and analyzing pricing data, and making recommendations to senior management.

This position reports to the Sr. Director, Finance and is part of the Finance & Accounting team.  This role will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Leads the operation of the Bids & Quotes Group, including the streamlining of the quotation process and development of individual skills and capabilities.
  • Builds and effectively communicates financial projections and the impact of contract terms and conditions (T&Cs) to partners across functions and at all levels of management.
  • Support critical tasks by managing contracts with current GPOs, preparing GPO admin fees and supporting documentation, and ensuring commercial contracts achieve the company’s revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness.
  • Review commercial contract T&Cs and ensure that contract review standard work is followed across the organization.
  • Understand and implement revenue recognition policies and procedures, especially related to Multiple Elements Arrangements and Standalone Selling Prices.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Three to five years of finance, business, and analysis experience including use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Minimum three years prior supervisory experience.
  • Experience with pricing tools and models
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills to build and review complex financial models.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • ~10% travel requirement, including overnight travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Communicating to upper management and internal departments including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Bids and Quotes, Legal, HR, IT, and Division Headquarters.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and sales in discussing pricing and contract terms.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
