We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Pricing Analyst to support our pricing strategy and optimization initiatives for our SaaS solutions. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Sales Operations, and Product Strategy. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to build pricing models, analyze market dynamics, and deliver insights that drive profitable growth and competitive positioning in the enterprise software market.

What You'll Do:
- Pricing Analysis & Optimization: Analyze SaaS pricing performance, subscription metrics, and price elasticity to identify opportunities for ARR growth and margin improvement.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive pricing analysis in the spend management and enterprise software space to ensure optimal positioning.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain dynamic pricing models for our autonomous spend-to-pay solutions, incorporating usage patterns, customer value, and competitive dynamics.
- Deal Desk Support: Partner with Sales on enterprise deal structuring, custom pricing proposals, and discount approval workflows to balance win rates with profitability targets.
- Performance Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards tracking key SaaS pricing metrics including price realization, discount trends, win rates, and net revenue retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product on new feature pricing, Marketing on pricing communications, and Finance on subscription revenue forecasting and recognition.
- Process Enhancement: Document pricing guidelines, maintain pricing databases in Salesforce, and identify opportunities to streamline pricing operations through automation.
What You'll Bring:
- 5–7 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling, pivot tables, data analysis) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong quantitative foundation with understanding of SaaS pricing models, subscription metrics (ARR, MRR, NDR), and financial principles.
- Technical proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; experience with Salesforce CRM and enterprise software pricing.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
