President, Eastern Hemisphere OperationsTrustBridge is a global platform focused on improving how companies identify, evaluate, and engage manufacturing and design partners. The firm works across a distributed international footprint, supporting clients as they navigate supplier discovery, design collaboration, and manufacturing execution in a complex global environment.
TrustBridge is backed by a parent organization, Vulcury LLC, which provides shared infrastructure, research, and operational support as the platform scales globally.
TrustBridge is seeking a President of Eastern Hemisphere Operations to lead its expansion across Asia-Pacific, South Asia, and EMEA from its Sydney office. This individual will be responsible for building and managing TrustBridge’s presence across the Eastern Hemisphere, spanning manufacturing suppliers, design partners, and buyer relationships.
This is a general-management leadership role requiring strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and functional domains. In addition to overseeing regional growth and client support, the role includes acting as a business-facing product leader, helping guide the development of software tools that better connect manufacturing demand with global supply.
The role interfaces closely with:
A Western Hemisphere executive counterpart based in California
A distributed operations and analytics team based primarily in India
Regional Leadership & Expansion
Lead TrustBridge’s Eastern Hemisphere operations, with responsibility for regional growth, execution, and performance.
Develop and maintain senior relationships across manufacturing suppliers, design partners, and buyer organizations.
Represent TrustBridge in the region with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Support global clients seeking new manufacturing partners and design resources for product development and production.
Oversee delivery quality and ensure consistent client experience across regions.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex cross-border or multi-party engagements.
Engage directly with manufacturing and supply chain partners across diverse geographies.
Help assess partner capabilities, operational fit, and commercial alignment.
Apply practical manufacturing and supply chain knowledge to client needs and platform development.
Serve as a de facto product manager for regionally relevant aspects of TrustBridge’s software platform.
Translate real-world client and supplier needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure tools are practical, scalable, and commercially relevant.
Work closely with the Western Hemisphere leadership team to ensure global alignment.
Coordinate with India-based operational teams to execute day-to-day activities efficiently.
Contribute to global strategy, operating standards, and best practices.
Primary base: Sydney, Australia
Travel: Periodic regional and international travel expected
Engagement: Full-time executive role with long-term growth potential
RequirementsQualifications
Required
Significant senior leadership or general management experience (typically 12+ years).
Broad business background with responsibility across commercial, operational, or strategic functions.
Demonstrated experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial ecosystems.
Strong ability to operate in international, cross-cultural environments.
Proven judgment, communication skills, and executive presence.
Preferred
MBA or equivalent postgraduate business education.
Prior experience supporting global clients across manufacturing or product development workflows.
Exposure to technology-enabled services or platforms.
Experience collaborating with distributed engineering or analytics teams.
Background in scaling operations across regions or markets.
