Clearwater is hiring a Presentation Designer to support CEO, executive, client, and sales communications across the business. 

This role is responsible for turning complex, often unstructured content into clear, high-quality PowerPoint presentations. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we communicate across the business. 

This is a hands-on production role. The focus is speed, clarity, and execution. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Turn rough inputs (notes, emails, drafts, existing slides) into polished executive-ready presentations  

  • Structure complex content into clear, logical flows with strong hierarchy and messaging  

  • Simplify complex topics (investment data, risk, product, workflows) into clean, digestible visuals  

  • Improve clarity and flow without changing core intent  

  • Ensure consistency across presentations in how Clearwater shows up in the market  

  • Build and maintain templates and reusable slide components  

  • Support high-priority deliverables including board materials, client presentations, product launches, and sales narratives  

  • Operate at speed across multiple workstreams with tight timelines  

What We’re Looking For 

  • 5+ years of presentation design and PowerPoint-heavy production experience  

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (this role lives in PowerPoint)  

  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to structure content clearly  

  • Experience working with complex, data-heavy or B2B content  

  • High attention to detail and visual hierarchy  

  • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders  

  • Ability to prioritize, simplify, and execute quickly
