Job Description:

As a Pitney Bowes TrackMyMail Specialist, you will be a business partner with sales and a trusted technical advisor to clients as the subject matter expert regarding TMM workflows. Working closely and collaboratively with clients and Sales, you will devise effective TMM solutions while ensuring that PB’s solutions will meet the customer’s expectations. Through requirement elicitation, you are instrumental in determining what is needed to solve the customer’s problem.

You are: 

  • A collaborator who can discover and understand a client’s operational issues  

  • An excellent communicator (both written and oral) who can recommend, propose, and present complex solutions consisting of Pitney Bowes Software, USPS integrations, and professional service offerings based on the customer’s requirements

You will:  

  • Engage with Sales and senior business and technical decision makers to understand customer objectives, business priorities, and challenges 

  • Map and translate Pitney Bowes offerings into a customer-specific solution strategy that ensures customer success throughout current and future challenges 

  • Work with Sales to develop and present compelling technical solutions to clients and maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case 

  • Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations, product demonstrations, and whiteboard discussions with employees and clients 

  • Own and lead the creation of the Statement of Work (SOW) 

 

Your background: 

As a TrackMyMail Specialist, you have: 

  • 2+ years of Sales and/or client-facing USPS technical experience  

  • 1-5 years of experience in the field of digital communications 

  • May require up to 30% travel (including overnight stays) as needed

Our Sending Technology Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that enable small and medium businesses to simplify their sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers.  Our mailing and shipping technology supports more than one million businesses, from addressing and postage evidencing to multi-carrier parcel shipping and payments.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 / year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements. This position is eligible to earn an annual incentive bonus. The total on-target earnings, at the top of the pay range, is calculated to be $165,000 annual.

Location:

Remote, continental U.S., with up to 30% travel required. This location status may change based on business need.
