The Presales Manager will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, developing proposals, presenting offerings, and training sales representatives while monitoring industry trends.

As part of our expansion in North America, we are looking for a Presales Manager to support sales team and promote our Mexican offering to U.S. and Canadian clients.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- As a Presales Manager, you will play a key role in the sales cycle by providing technical and industry expertise to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting local sales representatives during prospect and client meetings to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Presenting and promoting our offering (engineering services, IT solutions, manufacturing support, supply chain, etc.) by highlighting the benefits of our expertise in Mexico.
- Building customized demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solution impacts client operations.
- Contributing to the creation of commercial proposals and responses to RFPs in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
- Monitoring technological and competitive trends to identify market developments and refine our sales arguments accordingly.
- Training and assisting the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to present and understand our offering independently.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Experience in engineering services, IT, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus.
Skills:
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual).
- Strategic approach and ability to convince a wide range of stakeholders (procurement, engineering, IT, etc.).
- Knowledge of the North American market and the challenges faced by industrial and technology companies.
- Autonomy and ability to work in an international, remote environment.
Languages:
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Spanish or French would be a plus.
Mobility:
- Frequent travel across the United States (and Canada) to support sales representatives.
- Occasional trips to Mexico to better understand the offering and local teams.
