First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking a Premier Relationship Specialist to support our A‑List (high-net-worth) Premier Banking program by delivering exceptional, high-touch service to our members. This role focuses on building strong relationships through consultative conversations, tailoring financial solutions, and providing proactive assistance to meet the unique needs of A‑List program members.
 
Operating within a concierge service model, the Premier Relationship Specialist ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of account and asset management requests. This position works closely with the Premier Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless, personalized member experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills to foster long-term member satisfaction and loyalty.
 
This is a full-time opportunity requiring at least 4 days in the office in Hollywood, CA and will report to the Sr. Director, Sales. The targeted pay range for this role in California is between $75k and $95k.

In alignment with FINRA regulatory and compliance requirements, the Credit Union is unable to hold or maintain investment licenses. Therefore, candidates who plan to retain an active investment license would not be eligible for this role
 
Responsibilities

·         Deliver concierge-level service to A‑List members, ensuring prompt and precise execution of all account and asset management requests.
·         Execute monetary and account maintenance transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, advances, wire transfers, and record updates.
·         Achieve and exceed individual sales and retention objectives by expanding loan and deposit portfolios and cross-selling banking solutions, including Treasury Management Services.
·         Proactively cultivate new relationships and deepen existing ones to drive revenue growth.
·         Facilitate referrals to Investment, Real Estate, and other specialized partners to enhance member value.
·         Collaborate with the Premier Relationship Manager on relationship servicing, follow-ups, and portfolio optimization.
·         Support onboarding of new A‑List members while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
·         Prepare comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentation materials for member engagements and senior leadership.
·         Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide timely status updates to foster exceptional member experiences.
·         Conduct outbound and inbound communications to strengthen engagement within assigned portfolios.
·         Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with policy standards.
·         Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and all applicable regulatory guidelines.
·         Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

Requirements
 
·         A high school diploma required. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
·         Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution in member facing roles required.
·         In-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures and guidelines, and field of membership requirements.
·         Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients highly preferred.
·         An active NMLS License preferred.
·         Strong understanding of credit policies, and the private banking market.
·         Excellent communication, organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
·         Thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities.
·         Effective communication skills across all levels of audience.
·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office products as well as core banking systems required.
·         Flexibility and availability to address members’ financial needs after standard business hours.
·         Reliable transportation and ability to attend after-hour networking events.
