WE ARE

WMT Digital is a technology company that powers digital experiences, fan engagement, and data intelligence for sports, entertainment, and live events. We build flexible, scalable platforms that help organizations connect with their audiences across websites, mobile apps, identity, data, and insights, all within a single, integrated ecosystem.

We value people who take initiative, think holistically, and follow problems through to real solutions. Our teams are curious, adaptable, and proactive. We are comfortable navigating complexity and motivated by simplifying it through thoughtful technology and data-driven decision making.

We care deeply about our partners’ success and put their fans and users at the center of every decision. We take pride in anticipating what’s next and translating complex challenges into clear, practical solutions that work in the real world.

YOU ARE

The Pre-Sales Solutions Manager connects WMT’s products, partners, and growth opportunities across WMT’s Sports and Music & Entertainment portfolios.

This role supports pre-sales and early delivery by translating partner goals into achievable, configurable solutions across WMT’s evolving product and service offerings. Working closely with Sales, Product, Development, and senior Solutions leadership, the Pre-Sales Solutions Manager helps shape how WMT’s platform is positioned, documented, and communicated—while building the skills to take increasing ownership over solution definition and internal enablement.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their Solutions or Sales Engineering career who is comfortable in client-facing environments and eager to grow product fluency, technical storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical discovery with prospects by clarifying needs, challenges, and use cases, and translating platform capabilities into clear, achievable solutions aligned with WMT’s delivery approach.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to help gather and translate functional, technical, and data requirements across WMT’s core technology products.
  • Create clear, visual artifacts—solution diagrams, integration overviews, configuration plans—that explain how WMT’s products solve partner needs.
  • Develop working knowledge of WMT’s core products and common third-party integrations (e.g., ticketing, commerce, CRM, identity).
  • Contribute to sales engineering efforts across Sports and Music & Entertainment, providing product context and technical validation as needed.
  • Help maintain and improve internal assets such as demo environments, templates, and documentation that increase team scalability.
  • Assist with RFP responses and technical narratives, translating platform capabilities into clear, partner-friendly language.
  • Stay current on platform enhancements, APIs, and integration patterns, with awareness of security, privacy, and data governance considerations.

Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in technical consulting, digital production, pre-sales, or solution-adjacent roles.
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to translate business goals into structured plans, documentation, and visual explanations.
  • Familiarity with modern digital platforms and concepts such as CMS, APIs, SSO, analytics, and third-party integrations.
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills, especially explaining complex systems to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams.
  • Organized, curious, and adaptable, with a desire to learn how large-scale digital platforms support fan engagement and revenue growth.

HOW WE ADD TO OUR TEAM...

Building an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative work environment where a diverse mix of talented individuals want to come, and to stay, to contribute their best work is central to our organization’s mission. We are proud to offer our team flexible paid time off, parental leave, remote employment, retirement contributions (401k), bonuses based on performance, and paid professional development opportunities. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
