Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Pre-Hire Compliance HR Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Department. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team as a pre-hire compliance expert. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our hiring processes align with legal and regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting background checks and coordinating employee health checks for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance requirements, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in HR roles with a focus on compliance and background screening.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
