This internship is expected to start in June/July for 6 to 8 weeks and you must be able to work onsite at our Los Angeles HQ.

PragerU is seeking a driven and mission-aligned student or recent graduate to join our dynamic team as a PragerFORCE & Social Media Intern. This internship offers a unique, hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of PragerFORCE, our vibrant student and young adult program, and to assist in the daily execution of cutting-edge social media content for PragerU.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the conservative movement, highly organized, and eager to develop valuable skills in digital communication, social media strategy, event coordination, and community engagement. Interns will complete the program with tangible experience and a professional portfolio that demonstrates their ability to contribute to high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

PragerFORCE Program Support
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails and Instagram DMs from PragerFORCE members and applicants.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new PragerFORCE members to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition.
  • Support virtual event operations, including Zoom monitoring, chat moderation, and Q&A management.
  • Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of monthly virtual events such as exclusive Q&A sessions, networking meetups, and educational webinars.
  • Coordinate content calendars and assist with scheduling and promoting initiatives such as PragerPairs, member challenges, and community-building campaigns.
  • Play an active role in organizing and hosting in-person events, including PragerU office tours, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and beach events.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, event participation, and member feedback to help optimize future programming.
  • Actively manage and post to the PragerFORCE Instagram account
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
  • Research and compile trending news, cultural topics, and relevant content ideas to contribute to the daily social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm creative campaign concepts that resonate with the GenZ audience and PragerU’s broader audience
  • Create and curate visually engaging and mission-aligned content, including Instagram stories, reels, carousels, and posts for the @pragerforce account.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and contribute to reporting efforts.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication – to correspond with PragerFORCE members and applicants effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills – for coordinating events, calendars, and initiatives.
  • Responsiveness and professionalism – especially in managing emails and DMs.
  • Event planning and execution – experience or aptitude in organizing virtual and in-person events.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously – handling content calendars, event logistics, and communications concurrently.
  • Social media management – specifically hands-on experience with Instagram tools and best practices.
  • Content creation skills – including graphic design, video editing, and creative storytelling.
  • Attention to detail – particularly when managing schedules, posts, and event logistics.
  • Public speaking or presentation skills – for hosting events and engaging with groups.
  • Time management – efficiently handling fast-paced responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Passion for PragerU’s mission and values – alignment with the organization’s goals and community ethos.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is $20.00 per hour.
