Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a PR + Influencer Intern to support our already booming creator, media and product seeding efforts. This is a short-term temporary role perfect for someone who loves beauty PR, thrives on organization, and brings creative hustle to everything they do. You’ll work closely with our Influencer Manager and PR Agency to keep day-to-day execution running smoothly while helping us tell Thrive Causemetics’ mission-driven story in a way that meaningfully resonates with the press.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own press coverage tracking and amplification, helping turn earned media into momentum across channels. Partner closely with our PR agency on media outreach, awards submissions, and other follow ups.
- Orchestrate gifting programs end to end, from personalized sends to launch mailers, then measure performance and share insights to sharpen future drops.
- Source and cultivate creator relationships, expanding our network while thoughtfully managing and growing our existing PR list with a high-touch approach.
- Manage inbound partnership requests, filtering, vetting, and prioritizing opportunities with clear strategic intention and strong brand alignment.
- Help build and energize our community, collaborating with the social team on engagement moments that feel authentic, timely, and on-brand.
- Keep everything moving, staying ahead of timelines, details, and deliverables.
