We are looking for PR / External Communications Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Execute PR and external communication initiatives to support products reputation and brand awareness
  • Brainstorm, develop, and execute viral PR campaigns
  • Manage the online reputation of key products, including paid placements, SERM initiatives, and branded search query monitoring
  • Write and edit high-quality content, including PR materials, articles, SEO-driven content, thought leadership pieces, and executive communications.
  • Oversee the production and publication of user reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors, PR agencies, and freelance contractors.
  • Build the public image of C-level executives by preparing content, coordinating media opportunities, and supporting external communications.
  • Support event planning, preparation, and communications activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Legal, and other internal stakeholders on reputation management and communications projects.
  • Contribute to crisis communications and reputation management initiatives as needed.

We expect from you:

  • Experience in PR, External Communications, Corporate Communications, or Reputation Management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SERM and online reputation management practices.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and ability to create SEO-driven content.
  • Basic understanding of crisis and issues communications (experience is a plus).

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
