Are you passionate about public relations and looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced agency environment? we are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and support exciting PR campaigns for a variety of clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in executing PR strategies by conducting industry and competitor research.
  • Build and maintain media lists and track media coverage.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, action items, and detailed call notes.
  • Support client accounts by helping to develop pitches, award submissions, and reports.
  • Attend client calls, actively listen, and collaborate with your team.
  • Engage with clients on social media and maintain professional relationships.
  • Provide updates and contribute to team meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and PR tools is a plus!
