The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to management & team members.
Responsibilities:

  1. Market/Competitor research
  2. Setting paid media goals & KPIs
  3. Creating & Implementing a Full Funnel Strategy
  4. Creating & setting up paid media ad campaigns
  5. Monitoring and Optimising paid media campaigns including budgets
  6. Analytics: Reviewing & reporting campaign KPIs to client - weekly & monthly
  7. Provide inputs on creative copy and graphical ad templates;
  8. Keep pace with paid media industry trends and developments;
  9. Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, results
  10. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) mostly about daily & weekly management of paid ads
  2. Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale B2B accounts in different business verticals, specially B2B SaaS and experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  3. Proven interest in data-driven problem solving (degree in marketing, finance, engineering, economics, or relevant work experience)
  4. Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Google docs and Slides & experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  5. Upper Intermediate English (minimum)

  1. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  2. Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
  3. Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
  4. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  5. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
