- Able to perform duties of a Powerhouse Apprentice in a way that is consistent with plant policy and standards.
- Assist in repairs and operations of Powerhouse systems.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Powerhouse Apprentice is required to further their maintenance education, if not already completed.
Skills Required:
- A willingness to develop skills and knowledge in the Powerhouse Operations.
- A commitment to undertake and complete training.
- Basic math skills; able to read tape measure.
- Basic computer skills; able to navigate through windows based programs.
- Be familiar with hand tools and power tools, with some kind of mechanical background and proficiency.
- Act responsibly and safely in the workplace for your own safety and all plant employees.
- Must be flexible with shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
