Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a Report Developer, who will be involved in activities around Data Capture, Data Analysis, and Data Maintenance (for dashboards and reports).

 Responsibilities: 

• Partner with Client and 10Pearls Agile Coaching resources to help identify key Agile metrics to present on PowerBI dashboards utilizing Azure Dev Ops as a data source
• Using captured data from Azure Dev Ops – unify, standardize, transform, enrich, and validate data to support desired insights and augment dataset with necessary calculations and columns derived from needed logic 
• Present the transformed, enriched, and validated data in the form of readily accessible and easily visualizable semantic models within Power BI 
• Iterate rapidly on reports or dashboards to address stakeholder feedback, achieving sign-off from required stakeholders
• Lead analyses to understand the root cause of any data discrepancies; share findings and build consensus on go-forward remediation with stakeholders 
• Perform data remediation and logic updates to address data discrepancies 
• Monitor dashboard data source and model refreshes and overall dashboard performance; conduct necessary fixes and/or tuning to address dashboard behaviors that may negatively impact end-user experience 
• Support knowledge transfer and share of created data artifacts by creating technical documentation, end user guides, job aids, and performing live and pre-recorded knowledge transfer sessions, with appropriate resources 
• Provide input and perspectives on visualization best practices

Requirements: 

• 5+ years working in data engineering and data visualizations
• Experience working on large-scale technical projects in the data space
• Proven track record of delivering executive-facing reports and dashboards
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data quality, and data visualization concepts
• Knowledge of product development approaches
• Experience working in Agile programs
• Expertise in SQL and PowerBI

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in Azure Dev Ops data visualization.
• Experience in defining reports to support Agile metrics and process improvement.
