Job Title: Power Platform Developer (Junior to Mid-Level)

Clearance: DoD Secret Clearance or Above
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate Power Platform solutions, focusing on continuous process improvement and digital modernization.
- Utilize Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to establish, document, and deploy new online processes and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert, assisting users in troubleshooting application challenges.
- Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of Power Platform solutions to clients at all levels of leadership.
- Generate, update, and maintain critical reporting using the M365 application suite.
- Utilize M365 office tools for collaboration, project management, and client engagement.
- Analyze data in various Microsoft Excel formats to support asset management and resource tracking.
- Learn to leverage the client's customized M365 Teams instantiation for major client deliverables and train fellow users.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or three years of directly applicable professional experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with M365 cloud application suite.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to deliver high-visibility solutions autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Power Platform with emphasis on Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 6+.
- Experience in facilitating collaboration sessions and ensuring efficient use of information systems.
- Strong analytical skills to support process improvement and analysis projects.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into concise processes and plans.
Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to work sitting or standing at a desk or conference table for extended periods.
- Access to resources for telework.
- Ability to walk in the office, attend meetings, or retrieve documents.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
