Summary
Seeking a Power BI Technical Lead with 7–10 years of IT experience and strong
expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Data Analytics. The role involves leading
report development, mentoring the team, and delivering scalable BI solutions
aligned with business requirements.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query
transformations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate
reporting requirements.
- Ensure report performance, data quality, security, and governance.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and support production
deployments.
Required
Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data
modeling.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric/Azure data services is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI Service, gateways, workspaces, and
deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools
(Git/Azure DevOps).
Experience
& Qualification
- 7–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in Power BI development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field.
Microsoft
Power BI certification is preferred.
