Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Team & Portfolio Coordination:
- Manages dependencies and initiatives spanning multiple teams and domains
- Maintains work visibility, identifies blockers, and escalates issues as needed
- Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain delivery momentum
- Serves as communication hub between teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Problem Solving & Consensus Building:
- Facilitates complex problem-solving across diverse teams and competing priorities
- Builds consensus among stakeholders with different perspectives and objectives
- Manages multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitate difficult conversations and apply conflict resolution skills
- Maintains transparency and builds networks of change agents
- Supports organizational Agile transformation at both tactical and strategic levels
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and experience driving delivery in an agile tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams engaged in disparate work
Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and at least 5 years related experience
- Beginner/1st level Scrum certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience delivering across multiple teams engaged in disparate work
- Experience applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality
- Knowledge/training equivalent to advanced/2nd level certifications from a reputable Lean-Agile organization a plus but not required (PSM II, ICAgile Professional, Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), ICAgile Professional, Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC))
- Scrum certification strongly preferred
- Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred
- Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
- Track record of continued and recent education in Lean-Agile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etc
