- Be the CEO’s Execution Partner – turn strategy into action, enforce follow-through, and ensure nothing slips.
- Lead Leaders – manage Sales, Ops, Finance, and Marketing heads across the portfolio. Build accountability and performance.
- Run Discipline – set up leadership scorecards, meetings, and reporting structures.
- Financial Oversight – monitor margins, P&Ls, and cash flow; detect inefficiencies before they become problems.
- Systems & Scale – unify SOPs, processes, and tech stacks (GHL, Stripe, Zoho, Slack, Notion).
- Solve Problems Fast – anticipate risks, remove bottlenecks, and ensure smooth scaling.
- Drive Growth – help each business hit revenue and profitability targets consistently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Integrator, COO, or Senior Operations Leader (BPO/SaaS experience is a big plus).
- Strong grasp of operations, finance, and KPIs.
- Experience managing remote teams in the Philippines.
- Excellent communication: firm, clear, and respectful.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and execution-driven.

- Global Exposure – work directly with an international CEO scaling multiple businesses.
- Career Path – clear track to becoming Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- Stability & Growth – full-time, long-term role in businesses that are scaling fast.
