Role summary

You will lead large-scale, transformational technology programs for enterprise clients, owning delivery, governance, financial performance, and executive stakeholder alignment. This role requires experience managing $25M+ programs, large global matrixed teams, and complex client engagements from statement of work through successful delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery and quality of large-scale, complex technology programs across multiple technical and global teams.
  • Establish program governance, controls, operating rhythms, status reporting, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder engagement processes.
  • Manage program-level milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and escalations through resolution.
  • Lead large, distributed, matrixed delivery teams and ensure roles, responsibilities, and staffing plans remain aligned with program objectives.
  • Manage Project Managers assigned to the program, providing coaching, mentorship, direction, and accountability.
  • Own program financial management, including multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial performance reporting.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and present program health, financials, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery remains aligned with contractual commitments and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Develop and estimate Statements of Work and lead modifications involving scope, cost, schedule, and delivery expectations.
  • Partner with leadership and technical teams to establish resource requirements and manage onboarding and offboarding across the program.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and profitability while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive decision-making and problem resolution across complex stakeholder and technical environments.
Requirements – Must-haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including at least 5 years of active Program Management experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs with budgets of $25M or greater.
  • Experience managing large, distributed, matrixed teams of 50+ resources across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Experience delivering complex programs for Financial Services customers.
  • Strong end-to-end program ownership across scope, schedule, quality, resources, governance, risk, financials, contracts, and customer outcomes.
  • Extensive experience managing program budgets, forecasts, profitability, and executive-level financial reporting.
  • Strong experience establishing and operating program governance, controls, risk management, issue management, and escalation frameworks.
  • Experience developing, estimating, and managing client Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Strong understanding of contracts, including contract modifications and negotiations involving scope, cost, and schedule.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring Project Managers and other delivery resources.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation, public speaking, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to independently drive decisions, resolve complex problems, and aggressively manage program timelines.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
Nice-to-haves (optional)
  • PMP certification through PMI.
  • Experience managing global, multisite technology programs.
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities and developing complex client proposals or SOWs.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience with infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, or enterprise technology transformation programs.
