Own the Technology That Keeps Our Locations Running

Are you an experienced POS professional who knows how to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize systems across multiple locations? We’re looking for a Point of Sale (POS) Administrator to take ownership of our POS environment across the organization.

In this role, you’ll be the primary administrator for DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, and ICS, managing everything from configuration and testing to troubleshooting, system maintenance, and ongoing improvements. You’ll work across multiple locations and departments to ensure our POS systems are accurate, reliable, and ready to support our teams and customers every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and administer DRB SiteWatch, Patheon, and ICS POS systems across all locations.
  • Manage end-to-end POS configuration, including items, pricing, packages, memberships, promotions, discounts, and site settings.
  • Test and validate all POS changes before launch to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Provide advanced Level 3 troubleshooting and technical support for POS terminals, kiosks, payment systems, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with POS vendors and DRB Support for escalated system issues.
  • Maintain data integrity, configuration records, testing documentation, and audit trails across all locations.
  • Train site leaders and team members on POS functionality, system changes, and new processes.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quick-reference guides.
  • Monitor POS performance and provide reporting related to sales, memberships, transactions, pricing, renewals, and discounts.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements, system efficiencies, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience administering or supporting a car wash POS system; DRB SiteWatch experience required.
  • 3+ years of IT or technical support experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, hardware, software, networking, and connectivity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests across a multi-location organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and related business software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the car wash, retail, hospitality, or other multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with membership or subscription-based business models.
  • Experience supporting POS hardware, including payment terminals, kiosks, and gate systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking and connectivity as it relates to POS systems.
