About PMW

PMW (Property Manager Websites) is the marketing agency built exclusively for property management companies, and we're part of the Rentvine family. We build high-performing, SEO-optimized websites and run the full growth stack for our clients: SEO, PPC, branding, video, reputation management, and AI Optimization (AIO), helping property managers get found and recommended by AI search tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, not just traditional search results. We're a Google Premier Partner ranked in the top 3% of digital marketing agencies nationwide, backed by an average support response time of 35 minutes and a perfect 5.0 Google review score.

As part of Rentvine, our sales team has an edge you won't find at a typical marketing agency: real relationships across the property management industry and a product suite that solves problems property managers actually care about. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team.

Location/Territory: US West (TX, AR, OK, CO, CA, NM, UT, WY, MI, MN, IL, NE, WA, OR, NV, KS, ID, MT, ND, SD, IA, IN, AZ & LA) Candidates must be located in-territory to be considered.

Please Note: Rentvine is unable to provide employment sponsorship now or in the future for this position.

About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to sell PMW's marketing services, websites, SEO, PPC, branding, AI Optimization, and more, to property management companies in your dedicated territory. You'll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and close, helping owners understand how a stronger website and marketing engine, including how they show up in AI-driven search, turns into more doors and more revenue.

You'll thrive in this role if you've sold marketing or digital services before, know how to speak the language of SEO, PPC, and web design, and already build AI into how you sell: research, prospecting, outreach, call prep. This is not a role where we teach you AI from scratch. You're motivated by owning a territory and closing deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth in your dedicated territory through inbound and outbound lead generation, in-person events, and local property management association chapter meetings.
    • This role requires territory travel and is expected to be in territory 3-5 business days a month.
  • Conduct tailored proposals and discovery calls to understand a prospect's current marketing performance and position PMW's services as the fix.
  • Position PMW's full stack, including AI Optimization (AIO), so prospects understand how they get found and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, and other AI-powered search tools, not just traditional Google rankings.
  • Use AI tools in your own workflow (prospect research, outreach personalization, call prep, follow-up) to work faster and sell smarter.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from first contact through contract close.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, Client Success, and the Rentvine sales team to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Keep CRM (e.g. HubSpot) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions.
  • Stay current on SEO, PPC, AI search behavior, and digital marketing trends, plus competitor activity in the property management marketing space.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience selling online marketing services, such as SEO, PPC, web design, or branding, or a related digital service (B2B preferred).
  • Ability to explain marketing performance and ROI in terms a business owner cares about.
  • Already uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, sales copilots, etc.) as part of your day-to-day sales process, not someone who needs an introduction to AI.
  • Comfortable explaining how AI search and AI Overviews are changing how property owners find and vet property managers, and can turn that into a selling point.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to close.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Property management industry experience is a strong plus, not required.

What We Offer

  • Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 + Variable compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
  • On-target earnings of $170,000 - $185,000, base salary plus commission.
    • uncapped commission
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision.
  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing company backed by Rentvine.
  • A collaborative and supportive team culture.

If you know how to sell marketing results and want to help property managers grow their business, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and join PMW in transforming how property managers market themselves.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
