Internship Overview

We are looking for interns to join us for our 2026 Summer Internship Program! This 12-week program is set to begin
June 8th , so if you are looking for an incredible opportunity to partner with the best and brightest minds in the industry,

intern events will be hosted throughout your 12-weeks with us!

discussions, 1:1s, Q&A meetings, and events
▪ Workshops — Interns participate in workshops geared towards helping new professionals
▪ Opportunity to travel – we will fly you out for onsite orientation at our Austin, Texas office location!

Position Overview

The Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking a high-energy, technically proficient PMO Automation Intern role focused on modernizing our project reporting infrastructure. This individual will bridge the gap between raw project
data and executive-level insights by building an automated, AI-ready ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of data engineering skills and business acumen to help the PMO shift from manual, reactive tracking to proactive, predictive management.


Responsibilities:

  • Automate Data Pipelines: Design and implement automated workflows using Python and Excel to ingest,
    clean, and normalize data from disparate sources like Jira.
  • Develop Predictive Dashboards: Build and maintain centralized KPI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau that
    utilize built-in AI features for trend forecasting and schedule variance analysis.
  • Lead the PMO AI Capstone Project: Serve as the primary architect for the & AI-Ready KPI Dashboard;
    project, delivering a fully functional MVP that integrates historical project data with predictive modeling by
    the end of the 12-week term.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers to define reporting requirements and translate
    complex data findings into actionable business insights for the final presentation.
  • Technical Documentation: Author a comprehensive & AI Maturity Roadmap; and technical guide to ensure
    the sustainability and scalability of the automated systems post-internship.

Nice to haves:

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics,
    Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Technical Familiarity: Prior experience with SQL or advanced Python libraries (such as Pandas or NumPy)
    for data manipulation.
  • Project Management Interest: A basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and a desire to
    apply data science within a corporate PMO environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Previous experience or coursework in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or
    machine learning.
  • Communication: Ability to present technical data structures to non-technical stakeholders clearly and
    effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
