Job Summary

The PMO Analyst-IT is responsible for supporting the PMO and contributing to the successful delivery of Global Technology projects and programs. This position reports to the Manager, PMO and will work closely with all Global Technology groups. It requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with PMO Manager to manage the centralized intake process for IT projects, discovery initiatives, and enhancement requests; work closely with project requestors to refine project details and ensure submission accuracy and completeness; collaborate with cross-functional teams in LOE efforts. Support the coordination and documentation of architectural review sessions, ensuring necessary requirements are evaluated.
  • Analyze project reporting outputs for data integrity, trends, themes, and improvement opportunities; generate and distribute detailed portfolio reports and dashboards to provide insights and visibility into project health; assess portfolio and project health and conduct periodic audits of project data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness; help define and track KPIs ensuring that the organization can measure project success and PMO effectiveness.
  • Maintain the project documentation repository in SharePoint and ensure project managers are finalizing all documentation before closing projects; adhere to and maintain PMO processes and continuous improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending changes to enhance productivity and consistency; audit project closeout by reviewing post-project documentation and ensuring that final deliverables meet PMO standards and expectations.
  • Record meeting minutes and track action items during PMO-related meetings to ensure accountability and progress; prepare materials for bi-weekly portfolio review meetings and liaise with project managers to gather status reports and key performance metrics.
  • Create PowerBI dashboards from Jira project data and support ad-hoc project data management and report requests; provide organizational support for Jira, including board setup, onboarding new team members, license management, and monthly training sessions; support the PMO in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-organizational Jira implementation initiatives; organize and lead monthly project management best practices and tool trainings (Jira, PowerBI); manage and update the organization's web pages to ensure accurate and current information for all portfolios, including organizational charts and related content.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Technology or relevant field
  • 2-4 years Experience working within a PMO required.
  • Experience coordinating or managing IT projects, required.
  • Experience with Jira, PowerBI, Excel, & Sharepoint required.
  • Experience creating & presenting reports to various management level audiences is required.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, data engineering, infrastructure technologies, and business processes.
  • Understanding of various project management methodologies and life cycles, including Waterfall, Agile, and PMI frameworks.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Pro, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, with a strong focus on Jira and PowerBI.
  • Ability to effectively present to VP-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI CAPM or PMP certification a plus
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification a plus

Pay Scale: $81,209 - $106,587

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
