What you'll do as a Player Protection Associate
- Serve as the first point of escalation for all Player Protection referrals.
- Analyze and review player communications, limits, deposit/withdrawal patterns, and gameplay activity to assess the customer's current risk.
- Review and update ongoing monitoring reports, compliance logs, and alerts.
- Maintain an understanding of regulatory standards and changes to ensure compliance.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is preferred.
- Understanding of operational risk management and responsible gaming.
- Effective time management skills and capacity to manage shifting priorities.
- Ability to analyze and document necessary business processes.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.
- Ability to think analytically to provide swift resolutions to complex situations.
- Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.
