What you will do

What you will do   

As the Professional, Operations and Support, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure and applications, designing and the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design, develop, and implement Azure cloud-based solutions

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and applications, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate provisioning and configuration.

  • Maintain and monitor existing Azure infrastructure and workloads

  • Creation of different services as per Kenvue approved services

  • Monitor the performance of Azure services and applications, implementing changes and upgrades as necessary to ensure optimal performance and security. Ensure the security, performance, reliability, and scalability of Azure applications and infrastructure

  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues. Identify and resolve issues related to Azure environments, providing technical support and guidance to team members on Azure technologies and best             practices.

  • Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to other members of the team on Azure technology and solutions

  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Azure’s latest developments and trends to implement improvements as necessary

  • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans

  • Assist in the development of cost management strategies for Azure usage

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and mitigate complex Azure-related issues, transforming business requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Champion best practices in DevOps, DataOps, and Agile to enhance performance, consistency, and model production workflows.

  • Stay current with Azure/cloud advancements to lead experimentation, coach teams, and enhance platform capabilities.

  • Mentor and train colleagues junior team members  


What We Are Looking For  

Required Qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field. 

  • 6 – 8 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Technology based – Platform\Infrastructure support professional

  • Readiness to work in shifts (Night shifts included)

  • Strong experience in Infrastructure build and configuration activities on Cloud Platforms , preferably Azure

  • Good exposure to different networking patterns and performance strategies.

  • Proficiency in Azure technologies and services, including Azure Virtual Networks, Azure Load Balancer, and Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, AKS and other Azure components

  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, as well as programming languages like C# for automating tasks and developing Azure solutions.

  • Understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices 

  • Experience in Infrastructure creation activities that meet the application requirements and adhere to scalability, reliability, and security standards 

  • Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket, Jenkins and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines 

  • Good communication and Influencing skills

  • Good knowledge of Agile principles and process.

  • Good Team player


Desired Qualifications  

  • Subject matter expertise on Azure Plafform components

  • Good understanding of migration and modernization strategies and approaches

  • Preferred Industry experience in Manufacturing & Consumer Products
