About The Role

Mochi is looking for a Platform Operations Associate to run a critical piece that powers our platform as we scale. You’ll be insuring that our internal operations team runs and scale efficiently and have the tools and processes to deliver exceptional care.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations and platform growth. You'll work with a team of operation specialist, while also driving strategic projects that eliminate bottlenecks before they slow us down.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive strategic projects. Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that improve how Mochi operates - from researching new tools to automating workflows that creates operational efficiency

  • Own the operational playbook. Create and maintain SOPs that actually get used. Own our internal knowledge base. Make complex processes simple enough that anyone can follow them.

  • Internal knowledge base ownership. Maintain and build a searchable resource for team members on platform operations, common issues, and resolutions

Who You Are
  • 1-3 years in operations or consulting. You've seen what good operations looks like and know how to build it.

  • Comfortable working full-time, in-office in our downtown San Francisco office.

  • Naturally process-oriented and obsessed with efficiency. You see inefficiencies every day and can’t help but fix it.

  • Have high ownership mentality. You stay extremely detailed orientated and ensure things gets done right.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator. You communicate with clarity and confidence.

  • Are relentlessly curious. You love to ask questions and learning fast. You are not afraid to continuously figure new things throughout your time at Mochi.

Nice To Have
  • Healthcare operations experience. You've worked with EHRs, dealt with insurance claims, or managed revenue cycle.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.

Workplace Policy

Mochi Health is an in-person company based in San Francisco, CA. Our team works together in person five days a week to foster collaboration, innovation, and strong connections. We believe that face-to-face interaction builds a culture of excellence and allows us to deliver the best outcomes for the patients and providers we serve.

For office-based roles, the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Actual hours may vary depending on business needs and role responsibilities. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

For designated remote roles, this in-person policy does not apply.
