We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Consultant who also possesses strong Marketing Cloud configuration skills. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our core Salesforce platform configuration and marketing automation initiatives.
What you will do
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning components, and Visualforce
- Configure and optimize Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Manage data migration, integration, and API development for Salesforce platforms
- Provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform best practices
- Document configurations and train users on implemented Salesforce solutions
- Maintain Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification
- Campaign Creation and Management: Develop and manage email campaigns, journeys, and automations within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Audience Segmentation: Build and manage audiences and segments for targeted marketing efforts
- Email Design and Implementation: Design, build, configure, and test emails, including dynamic content and responsive design
- Journey Builder and Automation Studio: Build, configure, and test journeys and automations based on business requirements
- Ability to conduct Discovery workshops with clients on Marketing initiatives to define business requirements
- Data Management: Handle data uploads, segmentation, and data management/architecture within the platform
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL, and related technologies
- Configure Marketing Cloud Connect for integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
What we look for
- 3+ years of Salesforce platform configuration experience
- Proven experience with Marketing Cloud setup and administration
- Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of data privacy regulations related to marketing communication
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant certification or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data streams, identity resolution, and unified profile configuration
- Ability to design and implement real-time segmentation and activation strategies between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (or other platforms)
- Proficiency in leveraging Data Cloud features such as Calculated Insights and advanced analytics/reporting
