Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Planner to oversee the full planning process production through inventory and customer fulfillment. This is a cross-functional role that touches nearly every part of the business you will be the connector between teams to ensure timelines, inventory, and customer expectations are all aligned.  This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can see both the big picture and the details.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Planning:
    • Own and manage planning, production, inventory, and customer orders
    • Build and maintain timelines that align with business goals and capacity constraints
    • Translate demand into clear, executable plans for internal and external partners
  • Inventory & Fulfillment:
    • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed to support sales and minimize overstock
    • Partner with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow
    • Support allocation decisions when inventory is constrained
  • Customer & Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Act as a key liaison between planning, production, sales, and customer service teams
    • Keep stakeholders informed of timelines, changes, and risks
    • Ensure customers receive on-time and accurate deliveries
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify planning gaps or inefficiencies and help develop better workflows
    • Assist with implementing planning tools, SOPs, and performance tracking
    • Bring forward ideas that support better speed, accuracy, and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, operations, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of production timelines, inventory management, and order flow
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP / MRP or planning systems experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in consumer goods, apparel, or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain or cross-functional team operations
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced or high-growth settings

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
