Key Responsibilities
- Partner Ecosystem Growth: Identify and recruit high-value partners in the logistics and automation space who can benefit from adding autonomous inventory monitoring to their portfolio.
- Enablement & Training: Lead technical and commercial workshops to ensure partners can confidently pitch, demo, and support Gather AI’s Physical AI platform.
- Strategic Co-Selling: Work alongside partner sales teams to navigate complex enterprise deals, ensuring the value proposition of "real-time warehouse visibility" is clearly communicated.
- Integration Advocacy: Collaborate with partners to ensure Gather AI’s data feeds seamlessly into their customers' existing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
- Market Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, funneling partner insights back to the Product team to help shape the future of our Physical AI capabilities.
- Experience: 5+ years in Channel Management or Business Development, specifically within Supply Chain Tech, Robotics, or Industrial AI.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory accuracy challenges (shrinkage, misplacements), and the 3PL landscape.
- Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing AI concepts like Computer Vision, Edge Computing, and API integrations without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex "Physical AI" jargon into clear ROI for warehouse managers and C-suite executives.
