- Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of multi‑step reasoning, tool use, and autonomous task execution.
- Architect enterprise‑grade GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines, embedding strategies, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
Delivery & Technical Execution
- Lead PoCs and pilots and scale successful solutions into production‑ready capabilities.
- Establish reusable architectural patterns, reference implementations, and technical standards for GenAI and agentic systems.
- Ensure solutions meet expectations for reliability, observability, performance, and cost effectiveness.
Integration & Enablement
- Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms, data sources, and workflows to support adoption.
- Partner with science and product leads to translate requirements into robust technical designs and delivery milestones.
- Mentor team developers and contribute to raising overall GenAI and agentic AI maturity.
Responsible AI Implementation
- Embed governance, security, evaluation, and monitoring considerations into solution design and deployment.
- Support sustainable operation through appropriate lifecycle and maintenance practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent applied experience required and with 6+ years (Bachelor's), 5+ years (Master's), or 1+ year (PhD) of relevant experience.
- Significant hands‑on experience building production software and applied AI systems.
- Deep experience with GenAI, RAG architectures, and agentic workflow design.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and modern AI engineering practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience operating in regulated or process‑heavy environments.
- Track record of delivering reusable platforms, accelerators, or reference architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical partners.
