About AllCare.ai & AllRx.ai

AllCare.ai is transforming senior healthcare by delivering fully coordinated, in-facility care built around one shared care plan. We bring together in-facility providers — including primary care, psychiatry, podiatry, diagnostics, wound care, and chronic care management — alongside pharmacy services, all supported by a 24/7 medical concierge team to ensure seamless, high-quality care for residents.

AllRx.ai is the pharmacy network that powers AllCare.ai’s delivery model — a digital long-term care (LTC) pharmacy redefining how medications are dispensed to Assisted Living and LTC facilities across Southern California. We provide synchronized dose-packing, real-time order tracking, and same-day delivery—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for every patient.

Together, AllCare.ai and AllRx.ai form an integrated ecosystem that unites providers and pharmacists under one connected system, ensuring coordinated, data-driven care from prescription to delivery.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including fulfillment, dispensing, and inventory management, to meet AllRx’s accuracy and efficiency standards.
  • Controlled Substance Stewardship: Oversee all processes for ordering, storing, and dispensing controlled substances in full compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with AllCare.ai leadership to design and refine workflows, protocols, and systems that improve scalability, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Facility & Vendor Relations: Serve as the key point of contact for regulatory agencies, partner facilities, and pharmaceutical vendors on operational and compliance matters.
  • Technology Utilization: Act as a super-user for pharmacy software systems, ensuring staff proficiency and surfacing opportunities for system improvements.

  • Licensure: Valid California Pharmacist license in good standing; eligible to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge.
  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 7+ years as a licensed pharmacist, including at least 1 year in a management or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of California pharmacy law, LTC operations, and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities with a solutions-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior PIC experience in a retail, LTC, or mail-order pharmacy setting.
  • Experience launching or scaling pharmacy operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled logistics or pharmacy management systems.
  • Strong financial and inventory management acumen.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
