The Opportunity
As a Pharma Technology Consultant- Experienced Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will focus on utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope.

Responsibilities
- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems for clients
- Collaborating with diverse teams to adapt to varying client challenges and project scopes
- Taking ownership of tasks and consistently delivering quality work that drives client value
- Building a personal brand by developing technical skills and knowledge within the data and analytics domain
- Engaging in analytic research and information gathering to inform strategic recommendations
- Preparing and writing reports to communicate findings and insights effectively
- Applying a learning mindset to continuously develop professional and technical standards
- Gathering information from multiple sources to analyze facts and discern patterns
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to project tasks and delivering value through data analysis
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a learning mindset
- Excelling in analytic research and data analysis
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and diverse client needs
- Conducting research and preparing insightful reports
- Gathering information to discern patterns and inform decisions
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
