Trueline is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join their team in Woodland Hills, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in the personal injury legal field and advance their careers.

What You'll Do as the Personal Injury Case Manager:

  • Conduct initial client consultations and gather essential information
  • Oversee case files and ensure all documentation is current
  • Liaise with insurance providers to file claims and negotiate settlements
  • Handle property damage and loss of use claims
  • Deliver exceptional client service and maintain consistent client communication
  • Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and keep clients informed of case progress
  • Perform administrative duties including document scanning, data entry, and filing
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to support case strategies
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Must-Haves as the Personal Injury Case Manager:

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with legal/case management software and relevant technology
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
