Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant for the Real Estate Director. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and daily tasks

  • Handle travel: flights, transfers, visas, hotels, restaurants, fast tracks

  • Organize personal logistics: real estate payments, kids' events, gift sourcing

  • Assist with tax reminders, visa processes, and medical claims

  • Support business ops: draft slides, one-pagers, and basic research

  • Help coordinate service providers, housekeepers, or recruitment for household staff

  • Ensure nothing slips through the cracks - from event invites to important renewals

You have:
  • At least 1+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a calm, professional demeanor.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the manager’s needs.

  • A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
