Role Summary

As a Performance Strategist at tvScientific, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things optimization. You’ll guide both internal teams and external partners through advanced performance strategy, help troubleshoot tricky campaign challenges, and bring bold, data-backed ideas to life. From evolving our optimization playbooks to translating product and data updates into strategic action, you'll play a critical role in shaping how we drive success for our clients.

This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and knows how to turn insights into impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve our CTV campaign optimization strategies and playbooks.
  • Serve as a strategic partner for internal teams and external clients, answering advanced performance questions and providing thoughtful recommendations.
  • Lead campaign performance troubleshooting and propose solutions grounded in data.
  • Translate product and data science updates into actionable strategies for our customer-facing teams.
  • Drive experimentation and testing, helping scale what works across accounts.
  • Analyze data across client portfolios to surface trends, inform strategy, and unlock growth.
  • Optimize live campaigns to improve performance and scalability.
  • Share insights and recommendations regularly with Customer Success and other cross-functional teams.
  • Support reporting needs, weekly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Maintain and communicate a performance dashboard to track results across accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Account Management, Ad Ops, Sales, Supply, Product, Data Science, and Marketplace.

You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, data analysis, or a strategic role in digital media—CTV experience is a major plus.
  • A strong track record of owning optimization strategy and navigating complex performance challenges.
  • Skilled in digging into data and turning findings into actionable strategies.
  • Clear communicator who can make technical concepts easy to understand and relevant to business outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and commercial teams.
  • Proven ability to support and scale accounts with data-driven insights.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving space.
