About Performance Strategy
As Performance Strategy, our mission is to expand our expertise and leverage our proximity to technology and customers to incubate, manage & grow the Accelerate customers. We are uniquely placed in the middle of the organization, serving as a bridge between commercial and technical teams; we are the power users of our tools and hence we support implementation, optimisation and analytics as well as product and process developments.
Performance Strategy supports all Accelerate customers, through every stage of the account lifecycle, with an eye on campaign set up, performance, and growth strategies. We do that by continually balancing a diverse set of responsibilities and collaboration with various teams across the org, which the table below highlights.
Responsibilities:
- Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls.
- Upload & maintain the best performing creatives on campaigns with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure campaign tracking is set up correctly so we can correctly monitor the performance of our campaigns
- Be an expert in our platform and optimize campaigns for post-install goals using proprietary tools and dashboards, and make recommendations to the client-facing team
- Identify and escalate issues to management and internal teams
- Be forward-thinking with knowledge sharing - provide regular updates in internal team meetings
- Identify & analyze performance trends and potential issues
Requirements:
- 0-1 years campaign optimisation, BI, or analytical experience. Able to manipulate data in Excel using Pivot tables and calculated fields.
- The ability to be precise when under time pressure
- Well-developed organizational skills. Manage workload and prioritise tasks proficiently
- The ability to draw insights from data
- A proactive and outcome-driven approach
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
Location for this position is in California near one of our offices (Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Orange County)
Travel Expectations:
We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building.
Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on the candidate's location and experience.
The following are our hourly salary ranges for this role:
- SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County, Seattle/Olympia: $75,000 to $85,000
- Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston, Denver, Portland: $69,000 to $78,000
- All other cities and towns in our approved states: $65,000 to $73,000
