Job Overview:
We are currently in search of a Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Specialist, will help turn performance data into clear insights that drive faster service, better rates, and smarter operations. You will partner with the Solutions Architect and internal teams to improve service outcomes for our top enterprise customers while identifying ways to increase efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize performance data to support strategic initiatives.
- Track key metrics like service rate and speed to service; spot trends and uncover what’s driving them.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in MetaBase, including custom queries.
- Analyze customer behavior and success patterns, especially for our largest enterprise accounts.
- Help design and measure initiatives that improve customer performance.
- Work with internal teams to align our products with customer goals.
- Identify ways our tools can boost customer efficiency and results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in performance analysis, operations, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of ABC Legal’s services and enterprise customer needs
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and what influences them.
- Skilled in MetaBase or similar BI tools
- Analytical thinker who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
