Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance MarketingSpecialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. This role requires someone with ROI-focused thinking, strong reporting skills, and the adaptability to thrive in fast-moving digital environments. The ideal candidate is analytical yet creative, passionate about testing and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and deliver clear ROI for B2B clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage ROI-driven PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals aligned with B2B client strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and deliver clear, actionable performance reports.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking and event setup.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis for precision targeting.
  • Test and refine ad copy, creative, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with account managers, content strategists, and creative teams to align PPC campaigns with broader B2B marketing and PR initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive advantage.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level with excellent communication skills.
  • ROI-focused mindset with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results through PPC.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with experience turning performance metrics into insights.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking, events, and conversion optimization.
  • Quick learner, adaptive, and proactive in testing, experimenting, and scaling campaigns.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other emerging B2B ad platforms.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced attribution models.
  • Background in B2B marketing campaigns with long sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
