You will own and scale our Meta advertising ecosystem, acting as the driving force behind demand generation and revenue growth across Facebook and Instagram. Your mission is to maximize conversion volume while maintaining a strong Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), ensuring every euro invested delivers measurable business impact. What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end management of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign structure, scaling strategy, and performance optimization

  • Manage and optimize budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient spend and consistent contribution to MER targets

  • Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights, proactively identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement

  • Lead testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, and formats to continuously improve performance and unlock new scaling opportunities

  • Act as the key link between performance and creative by translating data into clear feedback for the Global Creative Team

What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads accounts, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to optimize toward profitability metrics such as MER, ROAS, and CPA

  • Deep understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including campaign structures, audience strategies, and conversion tracking

  • Experience working closely with creative teams, with the ability to guide creative production based on performance data

  • High ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to scaling paid social performance
