What will you do
As a Performance Specialist, your role is centered on driving lead generation and revenue through expert management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and related). You'll focus on meticulously crafting and optimizing campaigns across various channels, utilizing advanced targeting and data-driven strategies to enhance lead acquisition and conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, ROI analysis, and budget management will be crucial in continually refining campaigns for maximum efficiency and profitability, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and analyze comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (Earned, Paid, and Owned), including Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Paid Influencers, Content Promotion, Display Ads, and related.
- Plan, create, and optimize high-converting digital ad campaigns that align with business goals, utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to enhance conversion rate continuously.
- Employ advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments, leveraging customer data, demographics, and behavioral insights to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spending, and allocate resources to campaigns that deliver the best returns, ensuring ROI goals are met and exceeded.
- Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, CPA, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to follow and collaborate to the Revenue Goals
- Create, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing teams, product teams, and data analysts to align performance marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated cross-channel and omnichannel strategies, aligning digital and offline media for consistent brand engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing within high-ticket B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of driving revenue and achieving pipeline goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns that deliver quantifiable results.
- Advanced knowledge in utilizing performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Revenue Focus: Deep understanding of SQL conversion, CAC, ROI, and high-ticket sales cycles, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
- Multitouch Attribution: Proven ability to measure, track, and optimize channel performance to maximize overall marketing impact.
