About GiddyUp

GiddyUp is a performance-based Partner Marketing Platform and Agency that’s generated over $1.5B in sales for innovative DTC brands—without raising a dollar of VC funding.

Founded in 2013, we’ve been bootstrapped and profitable since day one, and our entire model is built around one thing: we only get paid when we deliver results.

We combine elite strategy, creative, media, and analytics under one roof, supported by our proprietary funnel-building and e-commerce checkout software, engineered specifically for high-converting, scalable direct response. It’s not just best-in-class, it’s the backbone behind dozens of 7, 8, and 9-figure DTC offers.

We’re an agile, tight-knit team of marketers, creatives, data analysts, and operators who are obsessed with winning. Every person here is driven to push boundaries, test relentlessly, and grow because at GiddyUp, standing still isn’t an option. If you're looking to join a company where performance isn’t a department… it’s the culture, this is that place.

About The Role:

GiddyUp is a leading partner marketing platform that launches innovative brands and scales their customer acquisition through high-performing direct-to-consumer campaigns. Leveraging a network of top-tier traffic partners, we connect brands with millions of consumers, driving exceptional growth on a performance-only basis. Our team is passionate about discovering innovative products and scaling sales through best-in-class marketing strategies and traffic partnerships.

We're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our High Growth offer launches and to own the optimization efforts for these offers, developing and executing marketing strategies that transform promising products into high-performing offers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for efficiently launching new offers (70-75% of your focus) while strategically managing a portfolio of offers in our high growth segment (25-30% of your focus).

You'll leverage AI tools for efficient research and creative development while applying direct response marketing principles, conversion optimization tactics, and data-driven decision making to drive growth and profitability for our brand partners.
This role presents an exciting challenge: developing high-quality, conversion-focused campaigns while maintaining efficiency and speed. Unlike our Premium offers that may receive 40+ hours of development time, you'll create compelling campaigns in under 10 hours without sacrificing effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct efficient brand research by analyzing brands’ web properties, Amazon listings, reviews, creative assets and more, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to uncover compelling selling points and creative needs and opportunities in record time
  • Develop persuasive creative strategies that speak directly to customer pain points through psychological triggers, positioning, and audience targeting that converts cold traffic into buyers
  • Design pricing and promotion strategies (bundles, BOGOs, upsells) that balance high AOV with strong conversion rates, driving profitability for both marketers and GiddyUp
  • Build high-converting landing pages and advertorials using proven, standardized templates and AI-powered tools for speed and efficiency.
  • Upload all content into the GiddyUp platform, including copy, images, and promotional offers
  • Quality check pages to ensure there are no errors from a creative and marketing standpoint
  • Create cheat sheets for marketers with available pages, creative asset links, and success tips
  • Track performance metrics to identify winners and optimize KPIs that drive business growth
  • Oversee and manage optimization efforts for a portfolio of offers with untapped growth potential.
  • Identify and prioritize the offers with the greatest potential to scale network margin, focusing optimization efforts on these high opportunity products
  • Strategically plan for seasonal opportunities, particularly preparing high potential offers for Q4 holiday scaling.
  • Implement CRO, creative refreshes, pricing adjustments, and marketing repositioning for the highest opportunity offers.
  • Handle timely updates for brands (e.g., sold-out SKUs, pricing changes)
  • Quickly identify and support offers that begin scaling with affiliates, providing resources to turn these opportunities into sustainable high-performing offers eligible for the Scale Team.
  • Collaborate with the Campaign Success Manager to identify opportunities and pitch creative and optimization initiatives to brands, with the goal of securing their investment in performance improvements
  • Provide brands with actionable growth levers by connecting them with approved vendors for creative solutions that will increase marketer interest, tests, and campaign success.
  • Successfully promote offers every quarter to the Scale Team.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
