About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
Eve's Performance Marketing Manager helps run paid acquisition, a core engine of our demand program. You'll work across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, supporting strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. The campaigns don't live in a silo. Paid at Eve fuels everything downstream: it fills webinars, feeds nurture sequences, drives event registrations, and puts target accounts into motion. This is a hands-on role. You'll build campaigns, dig into the data, and partner closely with lifecycle, events, content, sales, and RevOps to help paid amplify every program we run. You'll get real, hands-on experience with live budgets and a direct line of sight from your work to closed revenue.
What You Will Accomplish- Support the paid media budget and strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, helping with planning and daily optimization.
- Help build, launch, and iterate on full-funnel campaigns that drive demo requests and qualified pipeline, not just clicks.
- Support a steady testing program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers, and help flag what isn't working fast.
- Help fuel demand programs with paid: align audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences, support webinar and event registrations, provide pre-event air cover and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based plays against high-value firm segments.
- Help evaluate new paid channels (content syndication, podcast sponsorships, newsletters) and provide recommendations on what earns a place in the mix.
- Track performance against targets for CPL, cost per SQL, pipeline generated, and ROAS, and report on them clearly to your manager and leadership.
- Work with Sales and RevOps to keep attribution honest, and partner with content and design on ad creative and landing pages that sound like Eve: specific, direct, grounded in real outcomes.
- Support agency or contractor relationships where it makes sense, working closely with the team to keep strategy in-house.
- 2-3 years in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on experience running paid campaigns in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads; you've built and managed these campaigns yourself, not just reviewed someone else's dashboard.
- Experience integrating paid with other demand motions: promoting webinars and events, feeding nurture programs, or supporting ABM plays.
- Fluency in funnel metrics: you can explain the difference between CPL, CPMQL, and ROAS, and you optimize for pipeline, not vanity numbers.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in GA4, spreadsheets, a CRM, and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Salesforce plus Marketo or similar).
- Exposure to conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
- Clear, direct communication; you can explain campaign performance simply and confidently to your team.
- A bias for action. You'd rather launch a test this week than plan the perfect one for next month.
- Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or another trust-driven vertical.
- Familiarity with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) and intent data.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (Series A–C).
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
