About the role

We're seeking a results-driven Facebook User Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing subscription company. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Growth: Develop comprehensive Facebook acquisition strategies aligned with growth targets, identify new scaling opportunities, and stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends.

  • Campaign Optimization: Launch, test, and scale ad campaigns while managing all aspects of performance including structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to consistently improve ROAS.

  • Market Intelligence: Regularly conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Independently research performance data to extract actionable insights, build your own analysis models, and translate findings into optimization strategies.

  • Creative Development: Partner with in-house creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives based on performance data and audience insights.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years managing Facebook Ads campaigns for subscription-based products with proven scaling success.

  • Expert knowledge in launching, testing, and scaling high-budget Facebook campaigns.

  • Experience managing significant advertising spend with demonstrated efficiency at scale.

  • Advanced data analysis skills with Excel proficiency and passion for extracting insights from complex datasets.

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Location

WinTech operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
