The Company

Founded in 2009 by Audrey McLoghlin, Frank & Eileen set out to reinvent the women's button-up using the finest Italian fabrics often reserved for menswear. Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. Frank & Eileen achieved B Corp certification in 2020 and continues to hold the highest score for any woman-owned, globally recognized apparel brand in the United States. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship store—an Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to its beloved community of customers—all from our HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen is seeking a data-driven and performance-focused Performance Marketing Manager, Affiliate & Paid Search to lead two critical lower-funnel channels in partnership with external agencies. This role will manage our affiliate and paid search programs from a strategic level by setting goals, overseeing agency execution, analyzing performance, and driving both revenue and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, proven experience managing agency relationships, and a clear understanding of how to scale performance marketing in a retail/ecommerce environment. This role will report to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both affiliate and search agencies, ensuring goals are clearly communicated, priorities are aligned, and execution is timely.
  • Lead the affiliate marketing program in partnership with our agency, ensuring campaigns are performance-focused and aligned with acquisition goals.
  • Provide strategic direction, performance targets, and optimization priorities to the affiliate agency, while overseeing day-to-day execution and partner management.
  • Manage the full affiliate invoicing and budget tracking process (e.g., Rakuten), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Support identification and evaluation of new affiliate partners, in collaboration with the agency, to expand reach and improve ROAS.
  • Oversee the paid search program (Google Ads, Bing) through agency partners, setting acquisition targets, budget allocations, and optimization KPIs.
  • Review and guide agency strategies on bidding, keyword selection, and copywriting to ensure campaigns align with performance and brand standards.
  • Lead regular performance reviews with the agency to analyze results, test new approaches, and refine strategies.
  • Hold agencies accountable to performance goals and reporting standards; troubleshoot gaps in execution or data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure agency-driven campaigns reflect broader marketing and business objectives.

Who You Are

  • Must have 1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience managing both affiliate and paid search channels.
  • Proven success managing affiliate programs, especially with Rakuten or similar platforms.
  • Experience leading or collaborating with agencies to manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and analyze data across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise with attribution tools and models (MTA, last-click, data-driven). Experience identifying and implementing an MTA tool is a big plus.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, and forecasts across multiple performance channels.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Looker (or similar), and affiliate/search platforms.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment with both internal and external teams.
  • Adaptable to work in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment.
  • Nimble and able to handle multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.
  • Problem solver with an analytical and inquisitive mind.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
