The CIH Inventory & Leads Program serves as the primary engine for capturing and converting high-intent consumer traffic into real estate transactions. Through strategic partnerships with Redfin.com and Rocket Mortgage, the program delivers a diversified lead pipeline to agents, including high-volume web inquiries and “finance-first” pre-qualified buyers.
As a Performance Advisor, you are responsible for driving agent conversion performance by by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability to turn demand into closed deals. You will work directly with participating agents and in close partnership with field leadership, to strength how agents engage, nurture, and convert inbound leads. This is a performance-driven role at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring agents consistently execute against best practices and program expectations.
Primary Objective
Increase conversion rates and revenue outcomes by improving agent behavior, tool adoption, and execution across the consumer lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
1. Agent Performance Coaching & Accountability
- Partner directly with agents to improve performance across the full conversion funnel:
- Provide direct, actionable coaching based on real performance data
- Reinforce consistent execution of the performance frameworks
- Hold agents accountable to program standards and expectations through lead allocation levers and disengagement framework
2. Performance Management & Optimization
- Monitor agent performance across key metrics
- Identify gaps and create targeted improvement plans
- Track progress and adjust coaching based on outcomes
- Partner with Sales Managers to address persistent underperformance
3. Product & Workflow Adoption
- Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools that directly impact conversion
- Ensure agents are using tools as intended to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Connect product usage to performance outcomes
4. Market-Level Insights & Diagnostics
- Identify patterns in agent performance across markets, teams, and cohorts
- Surface insights on what’s driving or blocking conversion
- Provide structured feedback to Marketplace strategy, Product, Analytics
- Help inform program evolution based on real-world performance
5. Program Enablement & Field Partnership
- Lead onboarding, training sessions, and office hours for participating agents
- Partner with brokerage leaders to align on performance expectations
- Reinforce program standards consistently across offices and regions
- Act as a visible, trusted partner to the field, focused on outcomes
Success Metrics
- Improvement in agent conversion rates across the funnel
- Increase in closed transactions tied to Demand Marketplace leads
- Adoption and consistent use of Compass tools and workflows
- Reduction in unclaimed or poorly handled leads
- Field engagement and participation in coaching programs
- Monthly visits in person with agents
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles
- Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows
- Proven experience coaching or managing performance of sales professionals
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive behavior change
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence without authority
- High accountability orientation, comfortable holding a performance bar
Compensation: The expected base pay for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
