Hybrid Role: Onsite in Albany, NY or NYC.
Provide PeopleSoft application development and batch schedule support.
Responsibilities:
Support definition of batch architecture and job schedule.
Provide technical expertise to meet business needs efficiently.
Setup Batch in Process Scheduler and third-party scheduling tools.
Create and maintain Batch runbooks; document resolutions to common issues.
Design, build and review production Batch schedules and Integrations.
Verify and troubleshoot connectivity testing with trading partners.
Perform unit testing and System Testing of batch programs.
Research, resolve, and test configurations.
Translate requirements into technical design specifications.
Complete complex development and configuration tasks per standards.
Create unit test plans; develop and perform unit testing.
Monitor recurring and adhoc jobs; troubleshoot and fix batch schedule issues.
Support integration, performance, QA testing and break/fixes.
Support PeopleSoft Application Security activities.
Position Requirements:
Experience developing customizations, reports, interfaces and programs in PeopleSoft with PeopleTools.
Programming experience using PeopleSoft Application Designer with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher.
Experience using SQL against Oracle relational database for PeopleSoft tasks.
Programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2.
Experience designing, building and reviewing batch schedules and integrations with PeopleSoft Process Scheduler and 3rd party enterprise schedulers.
Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools like Integration Broker.
Experience supporting integration, performance, QA testing and break/fixes.
Experience supporting PeopleSoft Application Security activities.
US Citizens or Green Card holders only; no 3rd parties.
