We’re looking for an exceptional People & Talent leader to help us grow Fay. As the first person on this team, you will be instrumental in shaping, nurturing, and developing our dynamic and high-performing company. Your strategic vision will drive the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with Fay's ambitious growth goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across the organization
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compliance, payroll, and benefits administration
Your skills & experience:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
- Exceptional recruiting and people experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Adaptable problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
